Kosher Food & Wine Festival to Debut in Atlanta
ATLANTA – Gourmet. Artisanal. Organic. And kosher? Prepare to shift any preconceptions you may have about kosher food. The first annual Kosher Food & Wine Atlanta festival comes to town Aug. 27 with a host of handmade and high-end treats to whet any appetite.
Presented by Chabad of Georgia, the festival will showcase the breadth and richness of today’s kosher cuisine and its connection with such food movements as farm-to-table dining and the health and ethical mandates of clean eating. The evening event will feature more than 100 varieties of international wines, culinary creations of local restaurateurs and caterers and specialty items from local food purveyors along with a special tribute to Chef Sandra Bank whose Kosher Touch Catering has demonstrated the art of upscale kosher cuisine to Atlanta diners.
WHAT: The city’s top kosher caterers, restaurants and vendors will display the latest in kosher cuisine at the first Kosher Food & Wine Atlanta.

WHEN: Thursday, Aug. 27 from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
The festival is produced by Chabad of Georgia, an affiliate of Chabad-Lubavitch, a Jewish outreach organization whose affiliates have produced similar events in New York, London, Miami, and Los Angeles.
